ConServ recently completed an addition and Manufacturer’s Image upgrade program at Land Rover of Hanover, MA. The project consisted of creating a newly enclosed service write up area and relocating the existing service drive lane. In addition, the Brand Identity tower element was re-clad using Aluminum Composite Material to give the facility a more contemporary look. On the interior, the bathrooms were re-located and or remodeled with all new finishes and fixtures. A new service dispatch and Service Manager’s office were created and the customer lounge received new wood flooring and fixtures. All Sales areas were revised and the entire showroom received new porcelain tile including a laser etched Compass Rose. Retail projects pose a unique challenge in that they are almost always open. In the case of Land Rover, the entire process was planned, phased and completed while the store remained in full operation.×

Chevrolet image upgrade with substantial building renovations and structural repairs.
Substantial cosmetic renovation of the entire Chevrolet dealership. New mezzanine office with a structural ‘bridge’ connector to access record storage. Permitting within Hyannis Main Street Historic District. Floor plan changes to drastically enlarge the showroom and create a physical separation in the service write-up area for this ‘dual brand’ dealership.×
Renovation of dealership for upgrade to GM Essential Brand Elements Program. The project was a full renovation and image upgrade including a custom built, custom fit EBE compliant entry element. ConServ preserved ongoing business operations during the multi-phased construction process. The professional design team infused EBE compliant materials including Alpolic ACM panels, custom built cabinetry and aftermarket furnishings to minimize budget impact. The cost of the overall program was reduced by 15% by obtaining approvals from the factory image consultants for some existing materials to remain and employing value engineering techniques.×
Renovation of dealership for upgrade to GM Essential Brand Elements Program. This is an existing building that received a complete remodel in order to achieve compliance with the General Motors EBE program. ConServ also opened the two end walls of the showroom and installed glass in order to bring in more light and improve visibility into the showroom. ConServ addressed every aspect of the EBE Program and provided a final product that was delivered on time and on budget.×
Ground up building design and construction of 35,000 SF dealership in accordance with Ford Land TrustMark program
This was a new building project from the ground up. In addition, it was a brand image update with a very unique appearance. The new Quick Lane concept was added to the traditional dealership design. The challenge was to design and build the project for a reasonable price that was able to be financed in a tough lending environment. ConServ addressed every aspect of the Ford factory design and managed to provide a final product to everyone’s satisfaction, the dealer, the Fordland design team, and the lending institution. The project was completed on time and using value engineering we reduced the original budget by approximately 13%.×
