Burrito Bistro Restaurant, Mashpee Commons, MA

Beginning with a masonry walled shell, ConServ Group designed and built out the Burrito Bistro in Mashpee Commons.  ConServ architects created the layout for the 1800 SF Bistro with seating capacity for 50 patrons that was completed in three months.  The owner worked closely with ConServ design architects and project managers to create a new look with updated colors for his second restaurant - the original Burrito Bistro is in Hyannis.   The bar stool seats are provided with built in iPads for customer's use and entertainment.  The Burrito Bistro, Mashpee opened July 2014.

The Naked Oyster Bistro & Raw Bar, Hyannis, MA

Converted a section of Puritan Clothing on Main St to a restaurant and full bar.  Designed and constructed all aspects using components removed from another location for the bar and bar back.  Reconstructed exterior store front including accordion wall, portico entrance and walkway.  All new interior walls, floors, ceilings including four bathrooms. The project was fast track being completed in four months to accommodate opening prior to the July 4th holiday.

Hubbards

Renovation and addition to a 5,000 SF retail facility. ConServ worked with long time Hyannis business Hubbard Paint to redesign, renovate, and add on to its preexisting structure and site. The scope of work involved demolition of an old addition, site redesign, and complete design and renovation of retail showroom, mezzanine office, and storage components.  The project was carried out in a timely fashion so as to minimize disruption of business operations.

Nauset Marine

Renovation of a 9,000 SF retail facility. The project involved a complete renovation of existing store in downtown Hyannis. The building is brick façade with fixed storefront windows and feature soffit detail. The interior is a mix of showroom and office area.

Agway of Cape Cod

Ground-up construction of a 20,000 square foot Agway store involving warehouse, retail sales areas, greenhouse and pergola.   Wood façade and metal building hybrid. This project entailed ground-up construction of a 20,000 square foot Agway store on Route 134 in Dennis.  Our design team was able to create a highly efficient, aesthetically pleasing structure in order to win town approval (and Old Kings Highway Historic District compliance).  This innovative design includes a steel base building structure with an elaborate gabled wood frame facade, greenhouse, and pergola attached.

Wings

Ground up design and construction of 7,400 SF retail store. Ground-up construction project in a booming redevelopment area on Main Street Historic District and Growth Incentive Zone in downtown Hyannis.  ConServ assisted in navigating a complex permitting process while complying with all design standards with the town regulatory committees in order to achieve the fastest possible trajectory toward commencing construction.  The construction team coordinated and supervised work successfully under an extremely aggressive schedule.
