Roy Catignani founded ConServ Group in 1993 after 15 years experience culminating as General Manger of a large east coast design-build firm. His experience with the collaborative design process focused on ‘cost-sensitive results”, led to ConServ’s current delivery method of architecture, value-engineering and construction management. Roy possesses an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License. An active member of the Cape Cod community, Roy has been President of Barnstable Youth Soccer Association, Inc., Chair of the Pope John Paul II High School Building Committee, Chair of the St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School Board, and Member of the Cape Cod YMCA Building Committee. Roy and his wife Judy reside in West Barnstable, MA where their three grown children were born and raised. Living on Cape Cod has afforded him the recent opportunity to start a sailboat racing hobby at the Hyannis Yacht Club. He was educated at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where he received a BA in Economics.
David Vachon is Vice President of Architecture for ConServ Group Inc and a Registered Architect. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute and the Boston Architectural College. With nearly 40 years of experience, he provides ConServ Group with conceptual planning, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. David has worked for a variety of architectural and engineering firms over the years. His experience has included designs for every use group including assembly, health care, automotive, food service, religious, retail, manufacturing and residential. David oversees the architectural aspects of all projects for ConServ Group.
Pieter Van Slyck
Pieter Van Slyck is the Vice President of Construction for ConServ Group. Pieter has over thirty years experience in engineered systems manufacturing and commercial construction. Pieter possesses an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License. He is affiliated with various volunteer organizations and has been active with youth development activities with the Plymouth County 4-H programs and the Marshfield Fair. Pieter is a graduate of The Maryland Institute and resides in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife where he is active with the Duxbury Fire Department, the Lions Club and other local civic activities.
Richard Anderson is Chief Estimator and a designer for ConServ Group. Mr. Anderson has over fifty years experience in all phases of construction. He attended Boston Architectural Center and worked in the architectural field for seven years. Rick has an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License. He has also worked in the engineering office for a large pre-cast concrete firm. He has many years of experience with various design build construction firms acquiring exceptional knowledge of the many disciplines of construction including site, structural and clean room technologies. Rick has coached sports and been an officer of various community organizations such as Girls Youth Softball. He lives in Plymouth with wife Susan who is a retired Assistant Register for Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.
Mike Hilsinger is the Contracts Manager for ConServ Group and has been designing and building in various media over his 30 year career. Mike is a graduate of Southeastern Mass. University with a degree in design. He currently holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractors License and a Lead Safety Certificate. Mike is a resident of Norwell where he lives with his wife and two children.
John Haas is the Business Development Manager for ConServ Group. Mr. Haas has over thirty-five years experience serving design, engineering and construction companies in a variety of management roles involving projects, operations, and business development, as well as management of regional offices. He is affiliated with various regional economic development organizations and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of community and professional organizations. Mr. Haas is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a veteran of the US Navy and resides in Kingston, Massachusetts with his wife where he is the Zoning Board Chairman and a volunteer on other local committees.
Randy Medeiros is a Project Manager for ConServ Group. Mr. Medeiros began working with ConServ Group as a laborer/carpenter during the summer months. He enjoyed the work and being offered a full time position he departed his position as a High School Science teacher to join ConServ Group’s project management team. Randy attended Bryant University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Concentration: Finance). He is currently enrolled in the Construction Technology Certificate program at Cape Cod Community College. Randy lives in Kingston with his wife and two children where he is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Kingston.
Beverage distribution facility expert. Pat has over 30 years experience in the beverage wholesale business. His expertise includes facility layout; operational analysis; product flow analysis; construction planning; space utilization studies; loading, dispatching, and reconciliation; fleet selection and maintenance; and analysis of trends and strategies. He recently assisted L. Knife & Son with cost effective solutions a the Craft Brewers Guild, Everett, MA and a complex renovation of a large warehouse distribution facility in Whitehouse Station, NJ.
Neil is a designer with over 15 years experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. Prior to joining ConServ Group, Neil has a project engineer/designer position where he was responsible for the design process from schematic plans through construction documentation involving public and private buildings. He has designed homes for residential developers, retail stores, and educational facilities. Neil is an officer in the Plymouth Lodge fo Free and Accepted Masons.
