Summary:
This project was a full renovation and image upgrade. The exterior scope of construction work included the image specific “Ford Trustmark” portico, new storefront glass and framing, and metal paneling in accordance with Ford national image standards. The interior work included full showroom, waiting area, parts boutique, and management offices renovation. Ashley Ford was able to continue to operate through the design and construction phases. By incorporating designing in a cost effective manner, ConServ assisted Ashley to satisfy image requirements while controlling cost.
