Summary:
This is another of ConServ’s surgically oriented medical suites during which considerations had to be made for specialized design elements including medical gas for surgery, criteria for facility certification, treatment flow and layout for optimal patient care. The team was able to also create a solution early for the plumbing layout and permitting given obstacles regarding a structural concrete slab underneath the space.
