Summary: 

 

The pre-existing dated metal building possessed serious structural and aesthetic challenges.  The  building required supplemental structural work to create a mezzanine for increased administrative  functions ConServ creatively designed  an image upgrade and completed a successful construction process through continued dealership operations.  Ownership also changed mid-project, so the ability to communicate administrative project management details allowed for continued project progress.
