Summary:
The project faced early zoning obstacles including insufficient parking. Existing historic structures also presented challenges in the permit process. Design accommodations were made to preserve and incorporate existing structures while expanding the site’s structure and parking components. ConServ provided design, permitting and construction assistance in order to facilitate a successful expansion on our client’s property.
