ConServ designed and built the shell and the fit out the facility for multiple physicians in the BIDHC network. The BIDHC-Sandwich offers primary care and specialty medicine (endocrinology, neurology, and others) to Cape Cod residents. The environmentally sensitive parcel was rezoned to permit the use. Long span wood trusses and durable exterior materials created a desirable building for BIDHC. The facility includes consultation and exam rooms, procedure rooms, offices, employee break room, ample patient waiting areas and laboratory facilities for 8 staff physicians.
