ConServ Group provided planning, architectural design services and construction managment for the ground up construction of the 7400SF headquarters for the “On The Water” magazine. The new two story building includes a first floor retail store where the newly minted brand “Cuttyhunk Outfitters” will offer outdoor apparell and equipment. A few offices are on the first floor with the entire second floor being dedicated to the various departments for the magaziine. A grand opening is planned in the near future.
