ConServ Group has received final approval for all permits associated with the reconstruction of Jannell Ford Dealership in Hanover and completed final design plans. The project will create a totally new look for the dealership with a new showroom and parts department with all customer touch points being upgraded to the Ford Trustmark Program design criteria. The ConServ design team overcame a number of structural challenges with the addition of a new roof and second floor as well as higher ceilings throughout the showroom and parts areas. Extensive site work had to be accomplished to comply with the requirements of the town.
