ConServ Group is supervising the construction of the new medical office building for Cape Cod Orthopaedics. The new building in Sandwich is approximately 4,100 SF on a single floor built in classic Cape Cod style. The slab was poured today, the building is nearly weathertight and we are moving quickly to completion. The layout consists of six exam rooms, two combined exam/procedure rooms, xray and cast rooms and additional rooms for physicians, staff, reception, waiting and a 1,000 SF area for physical therapy. Completion is expected around May 31, 2015.
