ConServ Group architects and estimators are working on final design plans for a new ground up medical office building for Cape Cod Orthopaedics. The new building in Sandwich will be approximately 4,100 SF on a single floor built in classic Cape Cod style. The layout consists of six exam rooms, two combined exam/procedure rooms, xray and cast rooms and additional rooms for physicians, staff, reception, waiting and a 1,000 SF area for physical therapy. ConServ will also provide full construction management after we obtain all required permits to build the facility.
