Scope of Work: 

• Change of use from Manufacturing to Medical/Professional offices
• Design / Build project
• Raised rear roof section of existing building approx. 4’ and install full second floor mezzanine (10,000 SF).
• Exterior re-design and facelift to “shingle/Nantucket” style
• Sub-divide as medical office condominium suites
• Complete design, interior design and fit out of all medical space.
• Design & AAAHC medical certification of Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Pre-purchase negotiations, schematics, and budgeting to maximize sales of built-out space.

• Turn-Key Architectural Design, Engineering, Permitting, and General Construction

Project Timeline: 

Phase I: Design, Engineering, Expansion, and Infrastructure Improvements

Phase II: Fit out of two 5000 SF “anchor” suites, new elevator, and occupancy of common areas

Phase III: Fit out of all remaining suites including:  Internal Medicine, Orthopedic, Oral Surgery, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology Suite
