Summary:
This project entailed ground-up construction of a 20,000 square foot Agway store on Route 134 in Dennis. Our design team was able to create a highly efficient, aesthetically pleasing structure in order to win town approval (and Old Kings Highway Historic District compliance). This innovative design includes a steel base building structure with an elaborate gabled wood frame facade, greenhouse, and pergola attached.
