Roy Catignani founded ConServ Group in 1993 after 15 years experience culminating as General Manger of a large east coast design-build firm. His experience with the collaborative design process focused on ‘cost-sensitive results”, led to ConServ’s current delivery method of architecture, value-engineering and construction management. Roy possesses an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License.  An active member of the Cape Cod community, Roy has been President of Barnstable Youth Soccer Association, Inc., Chair of the Pope John Paul II High School Building Committee, Chair of the St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School Board, and Member of the Cape Cod YMCA Building Committee. Roy and his wife Judy reside in West Barnstable, MA where their three grown children were born and raised. Living on Cape Cod has afforded him the recent opportunity to start a sailboat racing hobby at the Hyannis Yacht Club. He was educated at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where he received a BA in Economics.
