Flexibility of Structure:

The heavy duty structure, formerly a commercial laundry, was loaded with mechanical equipment (steam boilers) and piping, which had to be removed, but the basic plant was so durable and flexible that conversion to a super clean washable environment was mostly a matter of surface coatings (ie paint and epoxy) to create usable food manufacturing space. New office space was constructed within the existing structure.
