ConServ Group has received all permits and approvals to begin construction work on the Kia of Cape Cod Dealership. ConServ prepared the architectural design and construction budget for the 3,400SF facility upgrade to Kia's Core Branding Standard Program. The interior will be reconfigured to accommodate Kia's design concept with new branding marketing fixtures. The interior will also receive new floors, upgraded casework, new paint and new lighting fixtures. The building exterior will be modified to comply with the Kia CBS Program and a new flat EPDM roof will be installed.
