Pat Burke is collaborating with ConServ's Marketing and Sales Department to establish new beverage distribution clients.  Pat is an expert at designing and laying out beverage distributorships with over 30 years experience in the industry. The senior management team of ConServ also has extensive experience in the design and construction of beverage distribution facilties and a history of working with Pat on major projects in the past.  Pat recently completed a number of projects for L. Knife & Son of Kingston, MA involving large warehouse modernization upgrades, product flow analyses, and space utilization studies at different regional locatons.   ConServ is proud to be working with such a talented individual and we look foward to the new business Pat will generate.  ConServ's prior beverage distribution and warehouse experience includes: 

  • Burke Distributing – Randolph, MA – 86,000 SF- Design and construction of full service facility with multilevel executive offices and temperature controlled warehouse and processing areas.  Features included masonry block, glass, bar joist construction and acoustical insulation with temperature controlled areas.
  • L.Knife & Son – Kingston, MA – 122,000 SF–Regional Anheuser-Busch distribution, warehouse, and office facility as well as development of a 17.5 Acre site.  Fully operational temperature control per AB standards and specifications.   
  • Seaboard Products Company – Danvers, MA – Another of multiple projects for this ownership.  This was a large scale, fully operational distribution and warehouse facility.  Involvement:  Design and Construction services.
  • Colonial Wholesale Beverage – North Dartmouth, MA – Addition project including a temperature controlled warehouse for Coors distribution.
  • Consolidated Beverage – Auburn, MA – Major rehab and expansion of temperature controlled warehouse facility.  Provided design and construction services.
  • Merrimack Valley Distributing Co. – Danvers, MA – addition to temperature controlled facility including a complete warehouse building, refrigeration, and ventilation design/installation.
  • Coca Cola Bottling Company of New England – Sandwich, MA – 68,000 SF – Office, warehouse and processing facility.  Our team completed three projects at the site.  The original building and two interior renovations.
  • ***Other various Budweiser and Miller distributorship projects along the East Coast to Florida including Chester County Beverage (Parkesburg, PA), Southern Eagle Distributing Inc. (Fort Pierce, FL), Carolina Eagle (Rocky Mount, NC), NKS Beverage Group (Delaware), and Schenck Company (Rockledge, FL).
