The original residential building on this property was demolished to make way for the Duffy Center’s new, state of the art facility consisting of approximately 60 defined spaces for exams, counseling, administration and conferences. The Design Build process was utilized to bring this project in within the allotted time and well below budget. This fully compliant (ADA and MAAB) medical building also includes two high-end residential units on the third floor.
