High-end residence with indoor pool. Traditional 3500 SF mansion style design in the town’s historic district. Custom indoor swimming pool with state of the art energy recovery and dehumidification systems. Design included Energy Star rated HVAC, electric, plumbing and insulation systems. A repeat customer desired an economical yet large home for retirement. Worked with the Owner’s architect and structural engineer on this project and produce a quality product.
