Renovation of dealership for upgrade to GM Essential Brand Elements Program. The project was a full renovation and image upgrade including a custom built, custom fit EBE compliant entry element. ConServ preserved ongoing business operations during the multi-phased construction process. The professional design team infused EBE compliant materials including Alpolic ACM panels, custom built cabinetry and aftermarket furnishings to minimize budget impact.  The cost of the overall program was reduced by 15% by obtaining approvals from the factory image consultants for some existing materials to remain and employing value engineering techniques.
