ConServ designed and built the shell and then was contracted to fit out the facility for multiple physicians in the BIDHC network. The BIDHC-Sandwich facility will offer primary care and specialty medicine (endocrinology, neurology, and others) to Cape Cod residents without the need to travel to Plymouth or beyond. The environmentally sensitive parcel was rezoned to permit the use. Long span wood trusses and durable exterior materials created a desirable building for BIDHC. Hospital staff worked with ConServ and the developers to create an accessible facility with abundant off street parking, easy patient access, and a variety of resources including consultation and exam rooms, procedure rooms, offices, employee break room, ample patient waiting areas and laboratory facilities. ConServ designed and constructed the fit-out of the space for eight (8) physicians and associated staff.
