ConServ Group designed and constructed this ocean front home in Sandwich. The 6 room, 1600SF home is elevated to meet FEMA flood zone standards. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 4 car garage (double depth) overlooking the ocean. The project entailed tearing down an existing one story house and replacing it with a new home designed for the AE flood zone. In addition, the small lot and zoning restrictions played into what was able to be designed and built. Ultimately, ConServ created an energy efficient, low maintenance custom home that met everyone’s criteria.
