ConServ Group architects designed the approximately 5000 SF building located in the medical district near the Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. The finished facility will have six (6) exam rooms, five (5) procedure rooms, a nurses station, a large waiting area, multiple offices and rooms with ancillary uses. The facility is expected to be completed in the spring of 2019.
