ConServ Group has been contracted to design and construct a new headquarters for KAM Appliances. The 30,000SF facility will be located in the Hyannis Industrial Park on a 4.12 acre site. Space will be provided for a warehouse, a show room, various manufacturer displays, a working commercial kitchen, sales stations, and an outdoor equipment display. A mezzanine will provide space for administrative offices.
