ConServ Group architects designed a completely new look for the Jannell Ford dealership in Hanover. We constructed a new showroom and parts department, as well as a second floor for administrative offices. All customer touch points were upgraded to meet the requirements of Ford Trustmark Program design criteria. The ConServ design team overcame a number of structural challenges with the addition of a new roof and second floor as well as higher ceilings throughout the showroom and parts areas. Extensive site work had to be accomplished to comply with the requirements of the town. The final building essentially replaced what was the original showroom and parts department.
