ConServ Group is managing all aspects of construction for the new headquarters for KAM Appliances in Hyannis. When completed the building will include a warehouse, a show room, various manufacturer displays, a working commercial kitchen, sales stations, and an outdoor equipment display. A mezzanine will provide space for administrative offices. Occupancy is anticipated for December 2021.
