ConServ Group architecture department is designing a substantial renovation to this church building on Main St, Mansfield, MA for ten (10) one bedroom apartments. The building will be essentially gutted and reconstructed adding a second floor and finishing the basement. The project has been approved by the municipal boards of Mansfield. Construction is expected to start within the next month.
