The building was given a comprehensive aesthetic upgrade to all common areas which included new carpet, painting and replacement of air conditioning equipment. Tenant improvements were made to re-purpose existing spaces upgrading all bathrooms and the employee lounge. The improvements to the building were designed and constructed to meet Department of Public Health certification standards. The exterior entry façade and vestibule was completely renovated including hardware and trim to the exterior of the building.
