ConServ Group designed upgrades and renovations to the Chapter House in Yarmouth Port and is currently managing the construction with anticipated completion in early summer. The historical inn dates back to 1716 now being presented as the newest Cape Cod boutique hotel with a total of 21 rooms. The Chapter House offers and expansive lawn for a variety of uses, a specialty bar and and an indoor spa pool. The renovation includes room upgrades, a new roof, a freshly painted interior, and utility upgrades.
