ConServ Group is in the final permitting stages for a new 20,000 SF medical office building for Sports Medicine North orthopedic group. They will occupy approximately 75% of the space with the remainder being leased. The facility has multiple exam rooms, procedure rooms, physicians offices, a cast room, cafeteria, reception room and a large physical therapy facility. ConServ designed the building and will manage the construction that is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021.
