ConServ worked with the resort owners to complete an off-season rehabilitation project including fire protection enhancements and interior updates to the acclaimed Ocean House Restaurant. Simultaneous work included room updates to 58 guest rooms at the adjacent Three Seasons resort encompassing major bathroom renovations, soft goods replacement, flooring, painting and fixtures. Final phase targeted updates to public areas and replacement of 40 percent of the roofing.
