ConServ Group design department is currently working on a mixed use project in Kingston, MA consisting of a retail facility for their specialty Italian food products with two apartments on the second floor of the building. In total the building will be approximately 12,000SF, which includes a full basement. The rear of the first floor will house a kitchen used to prepare food that is sold in the retail store that is located in the front of the building. The project is moving through the approval process and is expected to be permitted in April.
