ConServ Group has won the contract to design and build a two story 9300SF restaurant located at the corner of the Sandwich Marina and the Cape Cod Canal. The new restaurant will sit on the site once occupied by a long standing frozen bait operation. The building was demolished years ago leaving the large concrete foundation of the building. The new restaurant will have a seafood store, takeout food, a bar and a section to process wholesale orders. There will be many outside tables to enjoy the view of the marina and the canal. The owners are local commercial fishermen. Opening is expected in the late spring of 2016.
