Renovations to 50,000 SF building to create new corporate spice manufacturing headquarters. Extensive demolition of interior partitions, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems prior to the start of the renovation work. Built 5000 SF of office and laboratory space. 45,000 SF was divided into warehouse and processing areas containing modern equipment integrated into all of the building components from the foundation to the roofing system, (i.e.; choppers, blenders, storage hoppers, conveyers and chutes).
