ConServ recently completed an addition and Manufacturer’s Image upgrade program at Land Rover of Hanover, MA. The project consisted of creating a newly enclosed service write up area and relocating the existing service drive lane. In addition, the Brand Identity tower element was re-clad using Aluminum Composite Material to give the facility a more contemporary look. On the interior, the bathrooms were re-located and or remodeled with all new finishes and fixtures. A new service dispatch and Service Manager’s office were created and the customer lounge received new wood flooring and fixtures. All Sales areas were revised and the entire showroom received new porcelain tile including a laser etched Compass Rose. Retail projects pose a unique challenge in that they are almost always open. In the case of Land Rover, the entire process was planned, phased and completed while the store remained in full operation.
